As an ISSA-certified fitness professional, I can help you set realistic goals and transform your health and your life for the better. I can help you look and feel your best. And I can help you enjoy yourself along the way.

Vision Statement

Obesity and hunger seem like worlds apart, yet these two (solvable) global disasters are directly related and it just doesn't make sense that we cannot
find a solution.

Our vision here at Get Fit Fun 101 teaches you to be a leader in healthy choices. We strive to impact people like you to connect with ways to bring positive change to yourself and your community. To inspire, motivate and educate you to take action on your nutritional choices. It's easy to eat one
less meat meal a week, but it's hard for a village in Africa to find 25,000 litres of water (that's how much water it takes to produce the 8 ounces of steak that winds up on your plate).


We all have social, economical and environmental responsibilities. The first is to keep your weight within the healthy range. If you're fat, reduce. Then help your friends to do the same. Join the Planet Friendly Diet movement and learn how small changes make a big difference. Losing weight is about living light through making conscientious nutritional choices. We need to recognize that
we are powerful beyond measure - and use our power productively.
